• Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction
• Estate-level design and execution —hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage—oversee schedules and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility
• Refining systems and processes in estimating, job costing, and KPI's utilizing Aspire .
