Position Summary We are seeking a Landscaping Sales & Design Consultant to meet with prospective clients, design beautiful outdoor spaces, prepare proposals, and manage projects from the initial consultation through installation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating landscapes that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss project goals and budgets. Design landscape plans for residential and commercial properties. Prepare estimates and proposals. Present designs and close sales. Coordinate with installation crews to ensure projects are completed as designed. Conduct site visits throughout the project. Maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after installation. Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships. Stay current on landscape trends, plants, hardscape materials, irrigation, and outdoor lighting. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape sales, design, horticulture, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of landscape plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and drainage solutions. Experience using landscape design software is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to read property surveys and site plans is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission.
