Licensed Landscape Architect / Planning Team Leader Near Raleigh, NC | Direct Hire |
Relocation Assistance Offered Salary:
$130,000 to $150,000 DOE +
Bonus Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to lead a dynamic design and planning team near Raleigh, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale master planned developments, urban infill, residential and commercial sites, greenways, parks, and mixed-use projects while driving team growth and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Landscape Architecture and Planning team Manage master planning, rezoning, entitlement, and site planning processes Partner with clients on project delivery from concept through construction documents Present to public officials, planning boards, and lead public engagement Drive business development, proposal writing, and budget management
Qualifications:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Civil Engineering preferred Licensed Landscape Architect, Certified Planner, or PE required 8+ years of experience in land development, site planning, and entitlement Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong business development, communication, and presentation skills Experience with local codes, ordinances, and public agency standards
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
