Join one of the High Country's leading design-build landscape companies. Mountain Advantage specializes in designing, building, and maintaining exceptional residential landscapes throughout the North Carolina High Country. We create custom outdoor living spaces, patios, retaining walls, planting designs, drainage solutions, and complete landscape transformations. Our team is known for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a motivated Landscape Design & Sales Consultant who enjoys meeting with homeowners, designing outdoor spaces, and helping clients bring their vision to life. If you're passionate about landscape design, enjoy building relationships, and have the ability to confidently close sales, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to understand their goals, budget, and vision. Design creative and functional residential landscape projects. Prepare professional proposals and estimates. Present designs and confidently close landscape projects. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients. Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Work closely with estimators, project managers, and installation crews to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction. Stay current on landscape design trends, plant materials, hardscape products, and installation techniques. Represent Mountain Advantage professionally within the community. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design, landscape sales, construction sales, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with landscape design software or CAD is preferred. Knowledge of plants, trees, retaining walls, pavers, drainage, and outdoor living construction is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license. Experience selling residential landscape or outdoor living projects is highly preferred.
