Job Description

Pay Range $60- $76 an hourJob Summary We are seeking a licensed and experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and support the daily operations of an Ingles Markets Pharmacy. The Staff Pharmacist will ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, provide professional counseling, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with pharmacy team members to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilites Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Provide patients with clear and professional medication counseling Administer immunizations and vaccinations in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, healthcare providers, and store leadership Support daily pharmacy workflow and promote efficient, high-quality service Maintain accurate patient records and required pharmacy documentation Assist with inventory management, medication ordering, and control of pharmacy supplies Address patient questions and concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment Support training and development of pharmacy technicians and other team members as needed Requirements Active pharmacist license in good standing in the applicable state Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy(PharmD) degree from an accredited institution Exceptional customer service and communication skills Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment Certified Immunizer Current CPR certification Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances 401(k) with company matching Opportunities for advancement Paid holiday, vacation, and sick leave (FT only) Paid bereavement and jury duty leave (FT only) Company paid life insurance (FT only)
