Job Description
Mandy's Spring Nursery is looking for a Landscape Design Assistant to support our landscape design/build team. This position works primarily with our licensed Landscape Designer and is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with residential landscape design, site work, plants, and project coordination. Responsibilities CAD drafting and design support Site surveying and field measurements Site analysis and project documentation Assist with landscape plans, layouts, and presentations Participate in site visits and design meetings Help organize drawings, plant lists, materials, and project information Support project coordination and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Background or interest in landscape design, landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software Ability to take accurate field measurements Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication skills Comfortable working both in the office and outdoors Willingness to learn and take direction Plant knowledge, SketchUp or other 3D design experience, and landscape construction experience are a plus, but not required.
