Mandy's Spring Nursery is seeking a highly organized Project Accountant to support our growing Landscape Design & Build division out of our new retail location, Canopy of Saratoga. This position works at the intersection of accounting and project management, helping ensure our landscape projects stay organized, properly costed, accurately billed, and financially on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys numbers but also likes being involved in the day-to-day activity of a project-based business. What You'll Do Maintain project budgets and job costing in JobTread Track actual costs against project estimates and budgets Prepare project invoices and monitor client payments Track change orders, deposits, progress billing, and outstanding balances Coordinate vendor invoices and payments Help coordinate purchasing and allocation of landscape materials, including plants, pavers, and other project materials Make sure project expenses and credit card/PEX transactions are assigned to the correct jobs Work with our Finance Manager to ensure project activity is accurately recorded in QuickBooks Maintain organized project, vendor, and client information Meet weekly with our landscape leadership team to review active projects, budgets, costs, billing, and outstanding items Assist with project closeout and client follow-up What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confident communicating with managers, field employees, clients, and vendors Comfortable working with multiple projects and priorities at the same time Able to receive direct feedback, solve problems, and keep moving in a fast-paced environment Persistent about following up and getting the information needed to complete the job Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team Prefer some experience with project billing, job costing, bookkeeping, or project accounting One year of Quickbooks required, and JobTread (or similar software) preferred. We love folks who have trade experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, architecture, engineering, HVAC, plumbing, or another project-based business . About the Position This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, on-site position. You'll work closely with our Finance Manager and Landscape Design & Build leadership.

Salary range:

$45,000-$60,000 , depending on experience. Health insurance and paid time off are available.
