Duties Collaborate with customers to understand their outdoor living goals, preferences, and budget to craft personalized solutions. Assist clients in selecting outdoor furniture, lighting, landscaping materials, and accessories that enhance their space. Prepare detailed project plans, including layouts, material lists, and timelines to ensure seamless execution. Support the installation process by coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality standards are met. Provide expert advice on maintenance practices and sustainable outdoor solutions to maximize longevity and environmental impact. Conduct site assessments to evaluate space conditions and recommend appropriate design elements or improvements. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current trends in outdoor living design, materials, and technology to inspire innovative ideas. Experience Primary needs include skilled carpenter crews with great trim skills. Attention to detail is a must. Looking for crews who can complete custom outdoor living spaces including composite decking, outdoor fireplaces and kitchens, and other customized projects based on customer needs. We will show you our building methods; however, this is not an apprenticeship program, and you should already have experience with outdoor living. We are also looking for a Project Manager! This individual should be highly skilled in trim carpentry and outdoor living and practices to help assist in a support role for crews as well as do quality control throughout job process. This role will include various day to day tasks and DAILY communication with crews. Compensation for this role will be negotiable as it will based on experience and on the individual skills this person possesses. We are looking to hire immediately.
