Required Qualifications Home Improvement / sales consulting (required) Strong understanding of the sales process Experience in landscape and/or hardscape sales Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Technologically savvy with professional online communication skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience with CAD, Structure Studios, or Pool Studio software Responsibilities Schedule and manage appointments with clients ( all leads are provided daily ) Meet clients to discuss project goals, needs, and vision Collaborate with clients to design custom outdoor living projects Prepare estimates and present proposals using EZ Estimate software (no manual calculations) Present solutions and Close sales Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams What We Provide No cold calling — all leads provided Company truck -As needed Computer, phone, office space, and full sales support Marketing materials and ongoing training Proven systems and tools to support your success Unlimited earning potential — no commission cap If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy designing high-end outdoor spaces, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow with a well-established, family-owned company
