Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Landscape Sales Designer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will combine your passion for landscape architecture with your sales expertise to create compelling outdoor environments that inspire clients and elevate their spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, develop detailed design proposals, and present creative solutions that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Your expertise in landscape design software and construction processes will ensure projects are executed seamlessly from concept to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a lasting impact through innovative landscape solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, translating ideas into comprehensive landscape designs. Utilize AutoCad and Realtime Architect to develop detailed 3D models, construction documents, and presentation renderings. Prepare Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design concepts effectively. Conduct site analysis using Elevation Lasers and other measurement to inform sustainable design strategies and land use planning. Develop project proposals including scope of work, cost estimates, and construction documentation while coordinating with contractors and suppliers. Present design ideas confidently to clients, incorporating feedback to refine concepts and ensure client satisfaction. Work with Project Managers and estimators on project development through all phases from initial design development to final landscaping installation ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Engage in landscape maintenance planning, irrigation design, hardscape detailing, and land surveying as needed for comprehensive project execution. Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle for smooth collaboration. Experience Proven experience in landscape design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects involving Hardscape, Softscape and Outdoor Living features such as Fire Features, Kitchens and Pools Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Realtime Architect along with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with various online tools for Property takeoffs and Construction experience including site preparation, installation oversight, estimating costs, and understanding construction documentation processes. Knowledge of horticulture practices combined with civil engineering principles related to land surveying and irrigation systems. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple phases of landscape projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills for client presentations, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations.
