Landscape Designer / Project Manager We are seeking a Landscape Designer / Project Manager who wants more than just a design role-this is a client-facing leadership position where design, project management, account management, and execution all come together. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop schematic landscape designs and renderings Lead projects from design through implementation Manage high-end residential landscape construction projects Produce detailed proposals for bid-build and enhancement projects Coordinate build projects with designing landscape architecture firms Manage client accounts, including: Identifying, designing, and selling enhancement opportunities Work directly with clients to present solutions and manage expectations Coordinate with operations on scheduling, procurement, and project execution What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in landscape design or architecture Strong technical proficiency in: AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp Microsoft Office Experience with Lumion, Rhino, or similar 3D rendering tools Solid knowledge of plant material and high-end residential design standards Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with clients at a high level Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean MVR Willingness to sign non-compete and confidentiality agreements
