•Landmark Hardscapes is seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy Junior Landscape Design & Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone interested in building a career in landscape design and sales. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to help turn their outdoor-living ideas into beautiful, functional designs. You will receive paid training from an experienced landscape designer and business owner while gaining hands-on experience with real projects.

Responsibilities:

Meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor-living needs, style, and budget Assist with designing patios, pavers, turf, retaining walls, lighting, and other outdoor spaces Create 2D and 3D renderings and client presentations Present design ideas and project recommendations to potential clients Follow up with leads and help turn design consultations into sold projects Build and maintain positive relationships with clients Assist the owner with design, sales, scheduling, follow-ups, and other project-related tasks Communicate with the Landmark Hardscapes team throughout the design and sales process Learn and use professional landscape-design software, including

Realtime Landscaping Architect What We're Looking For:

Strong eye for design and a genuine interest in outdoor spaces Creative, organized, dependable, and willing to take initiative Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology Familiarity with programs such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and Google Drive Interest in creating 2D and 3D designs and presentations Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable meeting with homeowners and presenting ideas Sales-oriented, motivated, and confident following up with potential clients Eager to learn and grow within the company Landscape design, architecture, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Position Details:

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position The position will begin with approximately two client appointments per week, plus paid software training with the owner Paid training period Commission opportunity Flexible, growth-focused position Opportunities and responsibilities may increase as the company grows This position is ideal for someone who is excited to combine creativity, technology, customer service, and sales while building practical experience in the landscape-design industry.
