Summary:
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer to join our team in Westborough, MA. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a design professional with 2-5+ years of experience who is looking to contribute to a variety of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop comprehensive landscape plans, hardscape layouts, grading, drainage, planting plans, and construction details. Take projects from initial concept through construction documentation. Coordinate with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, consultants, and other project team members. Assist with municipal agency reviews, entitlement packages, permitting, and local government submissions. Prepare high-quality graphic presentations, mood boards, and client-facing visualization materials. Contribute to material selections, planting design, and ecological design strategies. Participate in project coordination and help ensure design intent is carried through each phase of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an LAAB-accredited program. 2-5+ years of professional experience in a landscape architecture, design studio, or AEC environment. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software is a plus. Strong knowledge of regional plant materials, landscape materials, and ecological design principles. Strong graphic design, presentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients. Demonstrated interest in professional growth and progress toward landscape architecture licensure.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
