Landscape Designer and Sales

Landscape Designer & Sales Tommy Pollina Landscape Company is hiring a full-time Landscape Designer & Sales to join our team. About the Role This is an on-site, full-time role. The position combines design, sales, and project coordination. You will meet with homeowners, walk properties, understand their goals, identify problems and opportunities, create solutions, prepare proposals, revise projects as needed, and help guide the client through the sales and design process. All leads are provided by the company, and they are vetted for quality and intent. You will be working with clients who are actively looking for solutions and who already know they are meeting with an established, trusted company with 45+ years of experience.
