Clinical Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Clinical Nursing Assistants to join our staffing team and support patient care at various client healthcare facilities. In this role, you will work on-site with our clients, providing essential clinical and personal care to patients while representing our agency's commitment to quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and experienced in delivering hands-on care in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and clinical procedures Help transport patients within the facility as needed Monitor patient condition and report changes to licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment Adapt to different client facility policies, procedures, and workflows

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, as required by state regulations Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and medical terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Physical ability to assist with lifting, moving, and supporting patients High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in multiple healthcare settings (e.g., hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Flexibility to travel to different client locations as needed Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
