Build Relationships. Share in the Success. For more than 30 years, RedTree Landscape Design has created exceptional residential landscapes throughout the greater Charlotte region. We specialize in custom landscape design, outdoor living environments, horticulture, masonry, landscape lighting, water features, and complete property transformations. We're looking for a talented Landscape Designer who enjoys meeting clients, solving design challenges, and seeing those ideas become beautifully crafted outdoor spaces. This isn't a production drafting position. We're looking for someone who wants to make a lasting impact through thoughtful design and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and vision. Visit project sites to gather measurements. Create conceptual landscape designs and presentation plans. Develop planting plans and outdoor living concepts. Collaborate with the construction team. Visit active job sites to ensure the design intent is achieved. Build lasting client relationships. Qualifications Experience in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. Knowledge of landscape construction, grading, drainage, and plant materials. Excellent communication skills. CAD experience is beneficial, but exceptional hand-drawn design skills are equally valued. Valid driver's license. Compensation We offer a competitive base salary along with our Project Success Bonus Program . Once a project you've designed is successfully completed and the client has made final payment, you'll share in that success through our performance-based incentive program.
