Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Residential Landscape Designer for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This role is ideal for a creative and client-focused design professional with strong residential landscape experience, excellent presentation skills, and the drive to help grow a book of business. The Residential Landscape Designer will create thoughtful, high-quality outdoor living designs while partnering with homeowners, internal teams, and project stakeholders from concept through completion. - Design residential landscape projects, including outdoor living spaces, planting plans, hardscape concepts, and related site features.
- Develop design concepts, drawings, plans, and presentation materials for residential clients.
- Meet with clients to understand goals, budgets, site conditions, and project expectations.
- Present design solutions clearly and professionally while helping guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project estimating, planning, and successful execution.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth through strong sales follow-up and client development. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Hybrid schedule available.
- Tuesdays are required in office, plus one additional in-office day.
- Relocation bonus may be available for candidates who are not local to the Fort Collins, CO area.
