Compensation:
Paid based on experience About the Project We're exploring whether a historic church in University Circle can become a new hospitality institution—a shared place where patients and families, students, faculty, neighbors, artists, visitors, and institutions gather to connect, learn, celebrate, and belong. The project is currently in due diligence and involves architects, hospitality consultants, engineers, preservation experts, and community leaders. Rather than producing marketing materials, we're looking for someone who can help us think visually as the concept evolves. The Role We're looking for someone who naturally sketches as a way of thinking. Your role is to help transform conversations, ideas, and observations into diagrams, sketches, layouts, and visual stories that make complex ideas easier to understand.
You may help create:
Early concept sketches Relationship diagrams and maps Simple architectural and experiential sketches Page layouts for a working Field Guide Visual explanations of meetings and evolving ideas This is not a branding project or a rendering project. It's an opportunity to help shape how an entirely new institution is understood. What Success Looks Like By the end of the initial project, you will have helped create the first prototype of Field Guide No. 1 : a working conversation guide used to discuss the project with hospitals, universities, cultural institutions, architects, and community leaders. The goal is helping people understand the idea more clearly, not beautiful artwork.
