Job Locations US-TN-Franklin Category Landscape Architecture Type Full-Time Overview Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to join our Nashville, TN operation. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of projects. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, and land surveyors to assist our clients, both local and nationwide, in the development of private and public sector projects. Qualified candidates must have experience in the following areas: Project Management
CAD design, LandFX
Landscape and land planning design
Public presentations
Site layout and grading
Detail designing
Site plan renderings, 3D Modeling
Quality control review of proposed plans
Preparation of submittal package for agency review
Preparation and review of technical specifications
Construction Administration

Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
TN licensure or ability to obtain
AutoCAD (Civil 3D and LandFX preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite
InDesign
Blue Beam
Photoshop (Adobe Suite)
Lumion
GIS (ArcView)
