Job Description
At Sojourn Resorts we are developing a micro-lodging/Tiny Home parks in Sevierville. We have been open since Summer 2025. With 38 homes, it will include amenities like viewing decks, hot tubs, food trucks, walking trails, fire pits - everything you would need for an unforgettable vacation. We are looking for a Hardscape-Landscape Architect that can assist us with design ideas and potentially Project Manage the implementation of the project. We have our own crew and equipment and are looking for creative ideas primarily in the areas of designing walkways, boundary fencing, firepits, sitting areas, dog park etc. It is imperative that they are able to develop this cost effectively. We prefer local individuals with significant experience designing and laying out RV parks .. Ideally someone that worked in a landscaping company and looking for additional income on the side.
