About us At Sojourn Resorts we are developing a micro-lodging/Tiny Home parks in Sevierville. Each tiny home resemble cute cottages built on a transportable frame. We have been open since Summer 2025. With around 30 homes, it will include amenities like viewing decks, hot tubs, food trucks, walking trails, fire pits

• everything you would need for an unforgettable vacation.

We are looking for a Hardscape-Landscape Architect that can assist us be providing ideas to our Project Manager in charge of Landscape construction. We have our own crew and equipment and are looking for design ideas primarily in the areas of designing walkways, boundary fencing, firepits, sitting areas, dog park etc. . We are looking for a local individual with significant experience designing and laying out RV parks .. Ideally someone that worked in a landscaping company and looking at making some additional income on the side.

MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING MULTIPLE PROJECTS IN LANDSCAPING.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscape designer/artist in parks, resorts etc.
• Aware of local architecture of the Smoky Mountains
• Ability to project manage a team of landscapers
