Monday-Thursday:

4-hour day Opportunity for professional growth and increased project leadership Work with a respected, award-winning firm that values design excellence and work-life balance What You'll Do As a key member of our San Antonio team, you will contribute to all phases of the design process, including: Developing creative and functional landscape architecture solutions Preparing design drawings, construction documents, and bid packages Producing site plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, and project details Collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members Participating in site visits, client meetings, and project presentations Assisting with project proposals and project development efforts Coordinating project documentation and supporting construction administration activities Contributing ideas that strengthen both project outcomes and studio culture What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture firm Strong design, graphic, and problem-solving skills Experience preparing construction documents and technical drawings Proficiency with: AutoCAD SketchUp Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multi-office team Preferred Qualifications Professional landscape architecture licensure, or active pursuit of licensure Adobe Photoshop experience Experience with visualization and real-time rendering software Experience presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders Experience with San Antonio Ordinances Who You Are You're a designer who is curious, creative, and motivated to continue growing professionally.
