Responsibilities Drive the creation of detailed residential landscape plans, encompassing hardscape concepts, precise layouts, and planting schemes. Develop exact technical drawings, material lists, and project specifications, working closely with estimators to guarantee smooth constructibility. Manage the complete project lifecycle from the initial contract phase to final closeout, expertly scheduling internal crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Lead ongoing client communication to manage expectations around project scope, timelines, and budgets while delivering professional design presentations. Monitor job sites via regular progress meetings and site walks, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to approved designs, budgets, and change orders. Cultivate ongoing revenue streams by pursuing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results that encourage repeat clientele. Requirements 5+ years of proven expertise in design-build landscaping, landscape design, or related project management. Proficiency using industry-standard design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Land F/X, or equivalent software. Deep knowledge of modern landscape construction techniques, materials, and regional best practices to ensure buildable designs. Exceptional time-management capabilities with a proven history of successfully juggling multiple concurrent projects. Strong business acumen with a demonstrated history of driving revenue and nurturing long-term client relationships. Valid driver's license paired with the flexibility to travel locally to regional job sites. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
