JOB OVERVIEW

Award-winning custom cabinet shop, located in Oceanside CA, looking for delivery driver to join our energetic team and deliver cabinetry to our client's homes. Salary up to $23/hour with additional benefits and room to grow within organization.

Hours:

7:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Friday

ABOUT THE POSITION

Delivery Driver is to: Drive a truck or other vehicle to deliver and/or pick up cabinetry and/or materials from job sites or any supplier facility. •Please note : Cabinetry being delivered can weigh 80+ pounds. Delivery driver is expected to have the ability to lift 80lbs at minimum •Prepare for delivery by wrapping cabinetry in foam and/or other product protection materials and loading cabinetry into delivery vehicles. Obey traffic laws, follow established traffic/transportation procedures and be responsible for the inspection of the vehicle equipment. Notify management of any mechanical problems or concerns with the delivery equipment. Perform occasional janitorial duties within the shop such sweeping, cleaning machinery, and discarding of materials to help maintain a clean and safe working environment. Fill in at the position of an entry-level cabinet maker when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver's License 1+ years driving experience Ability to lift 80+ pounds Maintain quality control for high end clientele Be self-motivated and reliable Must be able to work overtime when necessary Must be able to meet strict deadlines
