Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front loader Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the loading and unloading of materials. Responsibilities Operate front loader shipments safely and efficiently Manage inventory by accurately tracking materials Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or coordinate maintenance to keep machinery in optimal condition Follow warehouse safety protocols such as OSHA standards, procedures, manual handling guidelines, and heavy lifting technique Requirements Proven experience operating a front loader Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments including OSHA regulations Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced setting AAP/EEO Statement Indiana Sugars is an equal opportunity organization.
