We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support wood fuel processing operations that help produce alternative and sustainable energy sources. This position involves operating skid steers, loaders, wood grinders, and grapple trucks in a fast-paced outdoor environment. What You'll Do Operate skid steers, loaders, wood grinders, and grapple trucks Process and handle wood fiber and tire-derived fuel used in renewable energy production Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines Work efficiently in a high-production setting What We're Looking For Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, etc.) Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic preventative maintenance Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong safety awareness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Be part of an industry focused on sustainability and renewable energy solutions while building a stable, hands-on career in equipment operation. #HIP123
