Job Description
1st shift 6a-2:30p
Must be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
Must adhere to all GMP policies.
Position Title:
Pre-scaler (Pre-Scale)Tasks:
Be able to accurately scale and measure all ingredients (dry and liquid) using a variety of scales. Condense partial pallets of ingredients on a daily basis moving pre scaled ingredients and combining to one pallet. Be able to rotate to other pre-scale positions. Compile ingredients orders for production items. Manually label bags or containers of ingredients for a production run. Stack pre scaled ingredients on pallets, convenient to usage and shrink-wrap pallet. Prepare containers or pallets and secure ingredients. Maintain a clean work area though shifts. Clean all utensils and scales at the end of the shift. Sweep and clean the pre scale rooms at the end of the shift. Perform additional tasks as needed to include, but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or in other areas.Basic Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.Must be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
Must adhere to all GMP policies.
