PAY RANGE

$35-40 hourly

SHIFT:

APPLICANTS MUST BE RELIABLE AND WILLING TO SHOW UP WHEN NEEDED AT ANY TIME DURING THE DAY OR NIGHT. ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Loader Operator to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in snow plowing, along with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate loaders to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas of snow and ice. Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Utilize hand tools for tasks such as digging out blocked areas or adjusting equipment. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including tree care and trimming. Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding weather conditions and equipment status. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in snow plowing or similar roles is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including tree trimming and care. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions and during irregular hours as needed. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to heavy machinery operation are a plus.
