Full Job Description Job Purpose:
Produce a quality product that meets company guidelines. Guarantee loader process is safe and efficient
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance on equipment 2. Safely operate various types of equipment including hoppers, conveyors, screens and grinders 3. Fill screening and bagging hoppers 4. Be organized in order to handle product in the most efficient manner 5. Stock pile incoming materials as well as finished goods 6. Blend raw products for different company formulations 7. Perform frequent inspections to ensure proper quality and quantity of material and maximize production capability 8. Maintain required paperwork keeping track of time spent and material used 9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment 10. Complete all required documentation
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience operating heavy equipment General knowledge of preventive maintenance Capable of lifting 75 pounds - desired General math skills are necessary for understanding formulations Must be physically capable of sitting for extended periods of time Additional Notes Proactively embrace the company mission through teamwork, two-way communication, professionalism and integrity Participate, be a proactive team member, make a difference by doing your part and leading by example Follow all company safety and quality training, policies and procedures Must operate in accordance with all state and federal regulations and permits Promote a positive work attitude Willing to work in other areas of the plant as needed Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
