Responsibilities Operate loaders for commercial snow removal Push, stack, and relocate snow as directed Safely work around buildings, vehicles, curbs, islands, light poles, and other property features Complete assigned properties efficiently and thoroughly Communicate with Dorshak supervisors during snow events Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues Follow all safety and operating procedures Qualifications Prior loader operating experience required Commercial snow removal experience strongly preferred Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in winter conditions Dependable and available when winter weather occurs Reliable phone and communication Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Availability throughout the snow season from November 1 through April 30 If You Own Your Loader Please include: Loader make and model Bucket or snow pusher size Available attachments Operator experience Business and insurance information Apply Today If you're an experienced loader operator or an owner-operator looking to put your equipment to work this winter, we'd like to talk with you.
