Goldrush - Underground Top Lander

Position Description:

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Top Lander with our Goldrush Underground Production department. The ideal candidate will support underground operations by managing materials, inventory, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient workflow. Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery, staging, and inventory of supplies for underground and surface operations. Operate and inspect equipment safely. Maintain inventory levels and order materials to prevent delays. Transport light vehicles for maintenance as needed. Complete inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support team coverage through cross-training and additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Underground mining experience preferred . High school diploma or GED required . Forklift and material handling experience preferred . Basic computer and communication skills. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in varying conditions. Valid driver's license. Commitment to safety and teamwork. The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
