Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Underground Utility Worker and become a vital part of underground infrastructure projects! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utility systems. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient operations in challenging underground environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy machinery and cutting-edge equipment while adhering to strict safety standards. Duties Operate underground digging equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, and horizontal drills to install or repair pipelines and utility lines Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, pipe placement, and material transport in compliance with safety protocols Follow safety standards in production environments, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and safety vests Perform routine inspections of underground equipment to ensure mechanical integrity and safe operation Adhere strictly to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and safety procedures during all activities Experience Prior experience working in underground or utility installation is highly preferred Hands-on experience operating underground utility equipment such as drills, loaders, excavators Knowledge of pipeline installation, horizontal drilling, and industrial equipment operation Familiarity with safety standards related to underground construction sites and heavy equipment operation Experience working outdoors in challenging conditions with a focus on safety regulation adherence Construction site experience involving excavation, heavy lifting, and use of construction tools is advantageous Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or the ability to obtain one would be perferred Join us in building the future of underground infrastructure! Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
