Job Profile polyurethane operator Working location: Neenah, WI, USA General Description Reporting to the Plant Superintendent the polyurethane operator works proficiently with others, but also has the ability to work well independently. The polyurethane operator will have the ability to mix materials for use in the production of polyurethane roll covers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Initial assignment qualities and responsibilities to include: Safely and efficiently operate roll rotating equipment. Safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes and forklifts. Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools. Ability to understand and employ multi-part chemical processes in the application of polyurethane roll covers by a variety of methods. Complete paperwork as necessary to document covering variables. Learn to operate new equipment if/when upgraded. Ability to read and understand standard prints and instructions. Safely and efficiently blast and cement rolls as needed. Other assignments as directed by production supervision. Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and.or as directed by supervision. Be willing and able to proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent.Experience:
