Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the ready-to-drink beverage sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who fosters a culture of quality, engagement, and continuous improvement across all production processes. Hours are 5:45pm - 6:00am on a straight 2-2-3 schedule.Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Compliance- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Manage and respond to quality-related customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and feedback.
- Act as the back-up to the Quality Supervisor. Training & Development
- Provide training and support to production and quality teams on quality standards, food safety protocols, and best practices.
- Assess and identify training needs to improve team performance and product quality Engagement & Communication
- Foster a culture of quality by engaging employees at all levels and encouraging their participation in quality initiatives.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members to discuss quality performance, share updates, and gather feedback.
