Legendary Chimney Solutions is hiring a Chimney Technician / Gas Technician to join our team. Previous chimney experience is a plus, but it's not required for the right candidate. If you have experience in HVAC, gas appliances, construction, roofing, masonry, fireplace installation, maintenance, home improvement, or another hands-on trade , we encourage you to apply. We provide paid training and ongoing professional development to help you learn the chimney, fireplace, and gas-service industry. What You'll Do This is a hands-on field position working directly with homeowners. Depending on your experience and training, your responsibilities may include: Inspecting chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents Performing chimney and fireplace cleaning and maintenance Diagnosing chimney and fireplace problems Completing chimney and masonry repairs Repairing chimney crowns and flashing Performing tuckpointing and masonry work Installing chimney caps and chase covers Installing and servicing fireplace components Assisting with or performing gas fireplace and gas appliance work based on qualifications and training Using hand and power tools Working safely from ladders and rooftops Explaining findings and recommended services to homeowners Completing jobs according to company procedures and industry standards Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles Participating in company meetings and paid training Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants an opportunity to develop valuable skills.
