General Service Technician | Grewal's Automotive Indianapolis, IN 46237 | Full-Time | Hourly | M-F, No Nights or Weekends About Us Grewal's Automotive is one of our Central Indiana locations of GearSteady Garage Group (Indianapolis, Covington, New Castle, and Cumberland). We're a team-first shop that invests in people who want to grow in the trade. The Role We're looking for a motivated General Service Technician to support our technician team with oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, and basic maintenance work. This is a great entry point into a professional shop environment with a clear path to move up as you develop your skills. What You'll Do Oil changes and fluid services Alignments Tire rotations, mounts, and balances Filter replacements Basic inspections and maintenance Supporting the tech team as needed What We're Looking For Hardworking with a good attitude Communicates well with teammates Eager to learn and grow in the trade Valid driver's license required Some shop experience required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, no nights or weekends Paid holidays — two days off for both Christmas and Thanksgiving Paid time off Tool and uniform reimbursement program Employee discount Clear path to advance into a technician role
