Field Service Technician Internship Memphis and Tennessee Region Build the Skills. Master the Trade. TFG is seeking motivated individuals to join our TFG Tech Track Internship Program , a paid, hands-on internship designed to develop the next generation of commercial foodservice equipment technicians. Whether you're currently in a technical program, recently graduated, or simply interested in learning a skilled trade, the TFG Tech Track provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced Service Technicians while gaining valuable real-world experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment. As a Tech Track Intern, you'll receive hands-on training in our shop and in the field, developing the technical and professional skills needed to begin a long-term career with TFG. Successful interns may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Service Technician role upon completion of the program. What You'll Learn As a Tech Track Intern, you'll assist experienced technicians while building knowledge and experience in: Preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and gas equipment issues Equipment installation and repairs Safe use of hand and power tools Reading service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Customer service and professional communication Proper documentation of repairs and service activities Warehouse operations and equipment preparation Safety procedures and industry best practices Why Join TFG Tech Track?
