Diagnose common vehicle problems, perform minor repairs, and safely assist stranded motorists while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Respond to roadside service calls and assist customers in a timely, professional manner. Perform jump starts, tire changes, lockout services, fuel delivery, and basic vehicle troubleshooting. Safely operate and maintain all of the roadside equipment. Follow all traffic, safety, and company procedures while working roadside. Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed, and estimated completion times. Complete service documentation, work orders, and required reports accurately. Coordinate with dispatch and provide accurate updates on job status. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in various weather and roadside conditions. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to safely lift and handle equipment and perform physically demanding tasks. Prior roadside assistance, towing, automotive, or mechanical experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
