Upstate Energy is seeking an experienced Oil & Propane Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing oil and propane heating equipment Performing maintenance, installations, startups, and equipment replacements Setting and removing propane tanks Installing propane gas lines, regulators, and related equipment Operating the company's propane tank-setting truck Assisting and providing technical support to other employees Completing accurate service notes, labor, and parts documentation Participating in a shared, compensated on-call rotation

Requirements:

Professional oil or propane service experience Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement Current DOT medical card Acceptable driving record Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Dependable, professional, and willing to take ownership of difficult jobs Good customer-service and communication skills Experience with both oil and propane equipment is preferred.
