Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Light Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on providing essential roadside assistance services to customers in a timely, professional, and safety-focused manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. Responsibilities Perform tire changes on passenger vehicles Provide vehicle lockout assistance Jump-start vehicle batteries Sell and install replacement batteries Inflate (air up) tires as needed Deliver fuel to stranded motorists Deliver excellent customer service during each interaction Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean MVR record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry equipment as required Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated able to pass a background check ability to pass a drug test upon hire Preferred Qualifications Previous roadside assistance, towing, or automotive experience Experience selling automotive products (batteries, services, etc.) Benefits (if applicable) Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Training provided Opportunities for advancement
