Commercial Service Technician at Thermacon in
Beaumont, TX Pay:
$35•45 per hour + some commission
Schedule:
Hourly role with a consistent 8 am•5 pm, Monday-Friday schedule, participation in on‑call, and overtime available Ready for Work That Moves You? In this Commercial Service Technician role, you serve commercial clients across a 60‑mile radius from our Beaumont office, managing your day with professional autonomy: you review the day's calls, head out in your company truck, greet customers with confidence, listen to their concerns, and communicate solutions clearly; you coordinate with teammates as needed, deliver high‑quality service with care, and make sure everyone-customers and coworkers-feels taken care of at the highest standard. What Makes You a Great Fit? HVAC experience with a desire to move into commercial service OR Commercial experience and a desire for a better opportunity
Preferred:
HVAC experience, willingness to learn and grow, and confidence in customer-facing situations. Who we're looking for: A dependable communicator and team player who elevates the customer experience.
