General overview:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Battery Service Provider to join our AAA Contract Station. The Battery Service Provider will respond to roadside service calls, diagnose vehicle battery and starting-system issues, perform battery testing and replacement, and provide professional assistance to AAA members. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently in roadside environments, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
