Job Description
The job duties of an Mobile Service Technician include: Travel to customer homes and businesses using the Fugate Ford Mobile Service van to perform on-site repairs and maintenance Complete scheduled services, recalls, diagnostics, and software updates in the field Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds lasting satisfaction and loyalty Plan and prepare each day's appointments with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed Document all services and repairs accurately on repair orders Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins and complete required training Operate and maintain the Mobile Service van safely and responsibly Adapt to varying work environments and weather conditions with a professional demeanor This is an entry level service technician position and requires completion of general maintenance service instruction or experience. Additional training is available and required for advancement.
