Job Description
Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair generators and water well pump systems. Perform annual generator service and maintenance. Assist with the installation and removal of water well pumps and related equipment. Install new generators, including associated electrical and gas lines. Assist with water well equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs. Attend manufacturer, industry, and certification training as required. Operate and maintain company trucks, trailers, tools, equipment, and machinery. Perform routine maintenance on company equipment and vehicles. Respond to customer service calls and provide professional, courteous service. Complete service reports, job documentation, and other required paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards. Work independently as well as with other members of the Water's Edge Services team. Assist with general shop operations and other areas of the business when needed.
