Wolverine Daylighting , is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hydrovac Operator to join our team in Phoenix Arizona . The Hydrovac Operator is involved in all facets of the successful completion of hydro excavation projects. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform debris removal, slot trenching, daylighting, digging, line cleaning and camera inspections
• Set up, inspect and operate equipment for Hydrovac operations
• Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Ensure all Hydrovac truck equipment and components are in good working condition at all times
• Complete all required paperwork properly on a daily basis
• Ensure proper function by performing pre and post trip inspections and general housekeeping - report any inefficiencies to Supervisor
• Maintain and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Follow all policies and procedures set out by Wolverine Daylighting
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or crew leader Experience Required
• Experience operating a manual transmission with direct experience on 18 speed vehicles
• Previous experience in the industry considered an asset
• Certification in fall protection, first aid construction safety training, ground disturbance, confined spaces, h2s, considered an asset Knowledge and Skills Required
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, confined spaces, isolation
• Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere, must be able to lift and carry 50lbs+
• Self-disciplined, motivated, organized, and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks Additional Requirements
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on emergency call outs as required
• The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record check
