Job Description:

Rig Supervisor I role focused on operating and supporting swabbing truck operations and assisting with workover rig operations. This position is hands-on and field-based, suited for candidates with well servicing experience. This is not a well site supervisor position.

Responsibilities:

Operate a swabbing truck during well servicing operations Assist with swabbing operations as a helper as needed Support workover rig operations, including rig-up and rig-down activities Perform well servicing tasks in coordination with the crew on location Operate equipment safely and follow established field procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

Well servicing experience Experience operating a swabbing truck Ability to work as both an operator and helper depending on job needs Familiarity with workover rig operations and field equipment Ability to work in a hands-on, field-based role with a crew

$26-35/hr

Pay:

$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
