Derrick Hand We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Derrick Hand to join our drilling crew. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires travel and overtime. What We Offer Overtime opportunities Per diem while traveling Hotel paid for by the company Responsibilities Assist with rig setup, teardown, and rig moves. Pick up and lay down drill pipe and drill collars. Make connections and trips and latch elevators onto pipe. Operate pumps and assist with drilling mud circulation. Mix mud, maintain pumps, clean pits, and service equipment. Assist with mechanical repairs and routine rig maintenance. Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Previous drilling/oilfield experience preferred . Construction, mechanical, or other heavy hands-on experience considered. Crew lead experience is a plus. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 100 lbs. Must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding work. Must be willing to travel and work overtime/extended hours.
