Job Description EquipmentShare's SkillBridge Program offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in the construction technology and equipment rental industry. As a SkillBridge intern, you'll support daily yard and equipment operations, assist with inspections and basic maintenance, learn to use our T3 fleet management platform, and help track assets and jobsite performance. Working alongside skilled technicians, operations teams and customer-facing staff, you'll gain exposure to logistics, safety practices and telematics tools while contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with real career opportunities post-service. Responsibilities Support daily construction equipment yard and rental operations Assist with equipment check-in, inspections and basic maintenance tasks Learn and utilize T3 telematics and fleet management software Track equipment location, usage and condition for active jobsites Document service needs and communicate with technicians and operations staff Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized yard Assist with logistics, scheduling and equipment dispatch as needed Provide professional, courteous support to internal teams and customers Participate in training, mentorship and performance feedback sessions Identify process improvement opportunities and support a continuous improvement culture Required Skills Construction equipment operation Fleet management software Telematics systems Basic mechanical aptitude Safety and OSHA standards Inventory and asset tracking Data entry and reporting Customer service
