Fine Grade Crew Positions We're also hiring experienced: Motor Grader Operators GPS Dozer Operators Pan Operators Grade Foremen Roller operator Haul truck operators Water truck operators Skid steerer operators Experience with the following is preferred: Reading construction plans Reading and shooting grade Setting grade stakes Preparing roadways, parking lots, and subgrade Setting curb and stone GPS machine control (Topcon preferred but not required) Keeping projects on schedule What We're Looking For ✔ Positive attitude ✔ Strong work ethic ✔ Team player with good communication skills ✔ Commitment to safety ✔ Willingness to learn and lead ✔ Ability to read grade and operate lasers ✔ Concrete experience is a plus ✔ Takes ownership and responsibility for their work All heavy equipment operators are expected to perform daily equipment inspections before operating their machines.
