Required throughout the United States Job Summary We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Operators to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This position is based in the Powder River Basin and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions while supporting perforating operations and equipment mobilization. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed throughout the United States and work as part of a professional, safety-driven team. Responsibilities Rig up and rig down perforating and support equipment at customer locations Assemble, maintain, and inspect perforating tool strings Safely operate and handle equipment in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials Complete required paperwork, inspections, and job documentation Follow all safety policies, procedures, and customer site requirements Participate in safety meetings and training programs Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Valid Class B Drivers License Ability to pass an ATF background check Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices Ability to work outdoors in all weather and environmental conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds Willingness to travel throughout the United States as business needs require Ability to work a 14-on / 7-off rotational schedule Preferred Class A CDL Crane operation experience Previous oilfield, wireline, perforating, explosives, or related industry experience Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment maintenance Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Consistent 14/7 schedule Travel opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Training and professional development About the Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
